  • PSE for rebate processing
  • Insurance carriers when you authorize us to share documentation for K&T remediation or other insurance-required work
  • Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your information to third parties.

How long we keep your information

  • Customer records (installs, repairs, invoices): 7 years for tax and warranty purposes
  • Quote-only records (no project completed): 24 months
  • Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Email marketing subscribers: Until you unsubscribe

Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of what data we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (subject to tax/warranty retention rules above)
  • Opt out of marketing emails (link at the bottom of every email)
