High-efficiency furnace installation in Seattle.

A reliable furnace keeps your home warm, comfortable, and ready for whatever Pacific Northwest winters bring. Whether you're replacing an existing system or installing a furnace for the first time, our team will help you choose the right gas or electric furnace for your home and budget.

Why it matters

Why Seattle homes rely on a good furnace.

Your furnace is the heart of your home's heating system, working behind the scenes to deliver warm air throughout your home and keep every room comfortable. The last thing you want is for it to stop working in the middle of a cold winter. If your furnace is aging, making unusual noises, or struggling to keep up, replacing it before it fails can help you avoid an unexpected breakdown when you need reliable heat the most.

Choosing the right furnace can feel overwhelming, especially with so many options to consider. From system type and efficiency to features that fit your home's needs, our team will guide you through the process, evaluate your space, and help you find a furnace that provides dependable comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term value.

What we install

Furnace options we install.

01

80% efficient gas furnace

Converts about 80% of the fuel it burns into heat and vents the rest through a metal flue or chimney. Lower upfront cost, and a common fit for older homes already set up for this type of equipment.

02

High-efficiency gas furnace (90 to 97%)

Uses a secondary heat exchanger to capture extra heat, turning 90 to 97% of the fuel into warmth and venting through PVC pipe. It costs more upfront but can lower monthly operating costs and usually runs quieter with more even temperatures.

03

Electric furnace

Heats with electric resistance elements instead of burning fuel, so there is no gas line, combustion, or venting, and no risk of carbon monoxide. It is nearly 100% efficient at the equipment level, though Washington’s higher electricity costs make it best for homes without gas service, smaller spaces, or backup heat.

04

Dual-fuel (hybrid) system

Pairs a gas furnace with a heat pump, so the heat pump handles milder days efficiently and the furnace takes over when temperatures drop. A strong option for balancing efficiency with reliable heat through colder snaps.

Our approach

How we help you choose the right furnace.

Choosing a furnace is not about defaulting to the highest-efficiency model. We start with an honest look at your home: its size, insulation, window efficiency, ductwork design, and overall heating demand, plus your existing venting, available installation space, and whether a high-efficiency unit would need any modifications. Then we talk through your goals, your budget, and how long you plan to stay in the home, since that shapes the payoff of a more efficient system. From there we lay out your options with the tradeoffs of each and help you choose the furnace that delivers the best comfort, efficiency, and value for your household.
